    The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendments:

    On pages two and three, section three, by striking out all of subsection 3.1 and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection 3.1 to read as follows:

    “3.1. Certain characteristics of sewage, industrial wastes, and other wastes cause pollution that are objectionable in all waters of the state.”;

    On page three, section three, subsection 3.2, by striking out the words “or water withdrawal activities”;

    On page fourteen, section eight, by striking out all of subdivision 8.3.b.;

    And,

    On page forty-seven, by striking out all of parameter 8.32 and renumbering the remaining parameters.
